Return and refund policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something is not quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us. However, for hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. We make sure to check every item before shipping, but if you have received an order that is faulty, please contact us by sending an email to: info@atelieratayi.com and we will help you. If we decide that you can return the item, please read the steps below on how to make a return.

How to return: 

1. On the returns note, fill in the return code for the item you are returning and include this in the package.
2. Re-use the original packaging (or some other similar packing that is of good quality), tape the parcel securely.
3. Return the parcel through your preferred return option. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have received and processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

Customers in other countries outside of the Netherlands are responsible for all costs associated with any returns.
